Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nordelle Home, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • items must be unused and in their original condition
  • items must be returned in the original packaging
  • proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

We will work quickly to resolve the matter.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • used items
  • personalised products
  • gift cards
  • hygiene-sensitive items

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
